I align people strategies with business goals by designing inclusive recruitment processes, seamless onboarding experiences, and continuous learning and leadership programs. I’m passionate about driving performance and career growth through effective management systems and fostering a culture of engagement, wellbeing, and belonging. With a focus on future readiness through AI and current world skill sets, I guide talent assessment, succession planning, and positive offboarding experiences that sustain long-term advocacy and organizational strength.

Talent Assessment & Executive Development and Coaching

I partner with organizations and lead comprehensive talent calibration and assessment initiatives, leveraging tools such as the 9-box and 360 Assessment process to identify high-potential and high-performing leaders. I design and deliver targeted development and executive coaching programs that accelerate readiness for critical roles and succession. By producing strategic talent depth reports and insights for the board and executive team, I provide clear visibility into leadership pipelines, organizational bench strength, and future capability needs — ensuring informed decisions that drive sustainable performance and growth.

I facilitate strategic planning and alignment across senior leadership teams, guiding the design and delivery of strategic offsites that build clarity, focus, and connection to organizational goals. I deliver pragmatic, outcomes-focused solutions that enable smooth transitions, enhance performance, and build long-term organizational resilience and agility.

My Change Management Flow represents a continuous cycle designed to make transformation sustainable. It begins with assessing organizational readiness across Culture, Capability, and Complexity, followed by developing a clear, aligned plan and building urgency through champions and collaboration. We then enable leaders and teams with the tools and systems needed for adoption, and finally, reinforce lasting change by maintaining focus on Culture, simplifying Complexity, and expanding Capacity. This approach views change not as a one-time event but as an evolving capability—rooted in culture, strengthened through clarity, and sustained by capacity.

Change Management Flow presents a structured, cyclical approach to embedding and sustaining transformation within an organization. It follows five interconnected stages that move from assessment to sustainability:

  1. Change Readiness – Assess the organization’s preparedness for transformation by evaluating Complexity, Capability, and Culture.​

  2. Change Plan – Develop a detailed, aligned roadmap with clear communication strategies to guide the journey.

  3. Change Urgency – Build momentum and ownership for change through champions, communities of practice, and strategic alignment.

  4. Change Enablement – Equip leaders, teams, and systems with the right tools, upgraded capabilities, and processes to make change adoption possible.

  5. Change Recovery – Reinforce and sustain transformation by maintaining focus on Culture, simplifying Complexity, and expanding Capacity — ensuring change becomes the new normal.​
